Our Methodology

CII will: Conduct a total valuation of the market value of the company.

Conduct an entire assessment of the owner, his professional, company and personal goals.

Formulate, refine and implement a Strategic Plan based on that assessment.

Acquaint owner and other decision makers with components and processes of value based decision making. 

Assist owner/management with implementing value based decision making. 

Conduct a complete marketability review and analysis of the six major components of every company.

            Assets (state of the art, return on investment, usefulness)

            People (tenure, productivity, potential)

            Processes (total order to invoice)

            Sales (markets, competition, sales and marketing)

            Products (technology, life cycle, innovation, worthiness)

            Performance (profits)

Suggest improvements to those components based on the review. 

Develop a plan to implement those accepted suggestions.

Meet with owner quarterly to review Strategic Plan implementation and tactical decision making.

Meet with owner yearly to review progress toward goals, changes to Strategic Plan and the value of the company.
